Every time I visit my Gran in hospital it just ends up with us sitting trying not to laugh at the wee woman across the ward. She sounds like a foghorn and voices her opinion on pressing matters such as knitting, butter, and her underwear - laced with some casual racism.
Going
To see Kevin Devine with my mate tonight, looking forward to it, but firstly, off to see my Gran since she’s no longer in the High Dependency Unit.
Also I was meant to be going to 520 tonight but plans crumbled, I was looking forward to a night out too, it’s been a while.
On a side note, I’m really happy with how I’m juggling work, family and friends these days.

I don’t normally post things like this, but I had a dream last night that I was lying in bed cuddling someone - then I woke up alone in my bed and it was just a wee bit sad.

At the gig tonight
The guitarist from The Chariot climbed into the cove on the ceiling, and started batmaning while playing guitar, then let himself drop into the crowd.
It may be the best thing I have ever seen at a gig.
